施設内容：介護用品ショールーム兼販売事業所・老人ホーム入居者100名
ショッピングモール計画テナントを老人ホームにリノベーション
人口840万人中国第3位の人口数で、今後、高齢化進みにつれて介護施設拡大の軸となる。
実施設計も終わり、工事着手の予定でしたがオーナー資金難で中止となる。
